To download clips from an SVR using the Website:
- Log into the Website.
- Click Video.
- Click SVR Timeline.
- Click
. - In the Download Video pop-up window, select the specifics of the clip to be downloaded:
- Using the Select a Camera dropdown menu, select the camera to download a clip from.
- In Select Time Frame, enter a start date and time of the clip to be downloaded.
- Using the Duration dropdown menu, select a duration time of the clip to be downloaded. Downloaded video clips range from 30 seconds to five minutes.
- Click Download.
- The requested clip will begin downloading to the computer being used.
Note: If the request to download the video clip times out, reduce the clip duration and try to download the video again.
