- Ensure the panel is disarmed.
- Remove the sensor cover by sliding the sensor cover to disengage or unlock it from the sensor.
- Replace the cover and slide the cover the opposite direction to engage or lock it to the sensor.
- Test the sensor by opening and closing the door or window and checking the panel to make sure it is registering as open and closed.
- If the sensor is working correctly, you're done!
- If the Loss of Supervision error is still present, replace the sensor battery.
