- On a USB-compatible device, download the following file: gc3-3.2.6.6770-prod.2gig
- Go to your Downloads folder and right-click on this file. Select Rename and ensure the file name is "gc3-3.2.6.6770-prod.2gig".
- Save the renamed file to a USB drive.
- Insert the USB drive into the top of the panel.
- Enter the 4-digit master code to begin the update. The update normally takes about 5-10 minutes.
